A busy weekend

So we had yet another busy weekend. On Saturday morning, Casey had to go in to work for a little while so I decided to take all 3 kids to the mall. We shared some pretzel sticks and I got my favorite drink ever from Starbucks - a mocha light frappuccino. So good!

Then we spent the afternoon playing in our little pool in the front yard. The kids also played in the sprinklers! Saturday night some of our friends came over and we had dinner and played games together.

Sunday we went to church and then some of our friends came over for a visit. Scott and Jill Schilb are some dear friends of ours who used to be in our Sunday School class and our small group. The Lord then led them to Lexington Kentucky (about 1 1/2 hours away) so that Jill could go to PT school. They were in town briefly today to drop off Scott's mom at the Louisville airport and they came over for a visit. They brought along their new baby girl. Bella Grace is 5 weeks old and TOO precious for words. We had a great time catching up with them and seeing baby Bella.

After they left we headed over to Kingpin Lanes for some bumper bowling. The kids had a blast and I enjoyed watching them.

The girls got very excited when they knocked all the pins down!

Also at Kingpin, is an arcade. So, after bowling we hit the arcade for some games. We all had a good time and left with some little treasures.

Of course after all that playing we were hungry! We tried out a new restaurant by the bowling alley called Old Chicago. It was so good!
